As long serving military members and lawyers in private practice, Daniel and Stephen have extensive experience in navigating and understanding the legal and commercial challenges that face participants in the defence and emergency services industry sectors — from both sides of the table.
From understanding the nuances of deal-making and stakeholder relations, government procurement policies and rules to protecting intellectual property and providing dispute solutions, Daniel and Stephen are uniquely placed to add value and enable solutions-oriented outcomes in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner.

Having sat on both sides of the negotiating table and intimately familiar with the nuances of defence and police culture, Lawforce Alpha is able to bring an unrivalled depth of legal, commercial and human understanding to any legal issue in those sectors.
Stephen and Daniel hold Australian Government security clearances, therefore they are able to act for clients immediately on sensitive government procurement and other matters where clearances are required.
